Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Competitions are open to registered members. Each artist may submit between 15 to 45 works.
2. Exhibition Duration: The exhibition will last for 1 month.
3. Participation Fees: €25
4. Submission Requirements:
   • All participants MUST fill in the form, clearly indicating the dte of the exhibition.
   • Works must be submitted by the indicated TIME LIMIT (15 days prior exhibition oprning). Late submissions will not be accepted.
   • Work Details: Include measurements, title, and execution date for each submitted piece. These details are essential for proper storage and display
   • Images: submitted images must be full-page. Non compliant images be cropped to fit display requirements. Each file size must be between 900 to 1500 pixelson the longer side – max. 5 MB – Resolution: 72 dpi

   • Artistic Biography: Include an updated artistic biography. This is crucial for evaluation by our art critic and provides context for museum visitors

Please ensure all your works are submitted no later than 15 DAYS before the exhibition date. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your participation in the expo.
